These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of woodandcast.com and any purchase made from Wood & Cast.

The website and store are operated by NOAVENTI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Wood & Cast.

Throughout these Terms, “Wood & Cast,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NOAVENTI LLC.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, colors, and photographs accurately.

Colors may vary depending on your screen, lighting conditions, and natural variations in materials.

Wood, stone, cast iron, ceramic, glass, and other natural or handcrafted materials may display variations in color, grain, texture, weight, or finish.

Minor variations that do not affect the normal use of the product are not necessarily defects.

Product packaging may differ from photographs.

We may modify product specifications, packaging, or components when reasonably necessary, provided the product remains substantially consistent with its description.

  1. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

You are responsible for reading and following all product instructions, warnings, care instructions, and safety recommendations.

Kitchenware, glassware, kettles, teapots, cast-iron products, knives, heating products, and similar items must be used only for their intended purpose.

Before using a product with direct heat, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, stovetop, or open flame, confirm that the product description or instructions specifically state that it is suitable for that use.

Do not expose glass or ceramic products to sudden or extreme temperature changes unless the product is expressly designed for such use.

Keep hot, sharp, heavy, or breakable products away from children unless supervised by a responsible adult.

Wood & Cast is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, or use inconsistent with the product’s stated purpose.

Nothing in this section excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. PRICES AND CURRENCY

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market or shown at checkout.

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order already accepted by us.

The total amount payable will be shown before you submit your order.

Currency conversions may be performed by Shopify, your payment provider, or your financial institution. Your financial institution may charge conversion or international transaction fees that are outside our control.

  1. TAXES

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and charged at checkout based on the order, shipping destination, and applicable laws.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We do not control payment-provider approval decisions, holds, security checks, or processing times.

  1. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Contact us at support@woodandcast.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

If an order can no longer be canceled, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery after processing is generally 5–9 business days.

Estimated total delivery time is therefore generally 6–12 business days from the date the order is placed.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs procedures, public holidays, address issues, high-volume periods, or events outside our reasonable control.

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADDRESS INFORMATION

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Wood & Cast is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the customer.

Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.

  1. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

Title to purchased products passes to you when full payment has been received.

Risk of loss passes as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection relating to delivery or risk of loss.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

Returns, refunds, replacements, and damaged-item claims are governed by our Refund Policy.

Nothing in our Refund Policy limits any mandatory legal warranty, statutory guarantee, or consumer right applicable in your state, province, or territory.

  1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Discount codes, bundles, gifts, and promotional offers:

May be subject to separate conditions.

May have expiration dates.

May be limited to certain products, customers, quantities, or markets.

May not be combined unless expressly permitted.

Have no cash value.

May be modified or withdrawn before an order is placed.

If part of a bundle or promotional order is returned, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the value of the products retained and the conditions of the promotion.

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, testimonial, or other content, you confirm that:

You grant Wood & Cast a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, display, and distribute the submitted content for website, customer service, advertising, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

We may remove or decline to publish content that violates these Terms.

The website and its content, including branding, logos, product names, photographs, videos, graphics, text, layouts, and designs, are owned by or licensed to Wood & Cast and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from:

Seeking urgent injunctive relief.

Filing a complaint with an appropriate consumer protection or regulatory authority.

Any dispute-resolution provision will apply only to the extent enforceable under the consumer’s applicable laws.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

  1. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
