Is the cooking surface really titanium?
Yes. The surface your food comes into contact with is titanium. Beneath it, the pan uses a 5-layer construction with conductive layers, an aluminum core and a stainless-steel base. There is no conventional non-stick coating sprayed on top.
Can I use it on induction and gas cooktops?
Yes. The stainless-steel base is designed for use on induction and gas cooktops, as well as other compatible stovetops.
Is it dishwasher compatible?
Yes. The pan is dishwasher compatible. For everyday cleaning, warm water, dish soap and a soft sponge are usually all you need.
Can I use metal utensils?
Metal utensils can be used with the titanium cooking surface. As with any cookware, avoid cutting directly in the pan or using excessive force to help preserve the finish over time.
How long does delivery take?

How much does shipping cost?
For orders shipped to the United States, standard shipping costs $6.95 USD, with free shipping on orders of $75 USD or more.
For orders shipped to Canada, standard shipping costs $5.95 CAD, with free shipping on orders of $85 CAD or more.
