The pan you reach for twice a day. Eggs in the morning, a seared steak at night, and nothing in between but a rinse. A hammered titanium frying pan with a gold handle, in four sizes from 10.2 to 12.6 in (26 to 32 cm).
No coating. You cook directly on a hammered titanium surface. No PTFE or PFAS coating, nothing sprayed on top, nothing that can peel. Preheat gently, add a little oil or butter, and food releases from the hammered surface.
Three layers, even heat. A titanium cooking surface, an aluminum core that spreads the heat, and a magnetic 430 stainless base.
Use it anywhere. Gas, induction, electric ceramic and halogen. The base is built for every cooktop, and steel spatulas are welcome. There is no coating to protect.
Cleans up easy. Dishwasher compatible, or a quick hand wash with a soft sponge.
Made to be seen. A gold-finished metal handle, riveted to the body, with a hanging hook.

Is the cooking surface really titanium?
Yes. The pan is built in three bonded layers: a hammered titanium cooking surface, an aluminum core and a magnetic 430 stainless base. There is no nonstick coating on top.
Do I need to season it?
No. Preheat gently, add a little oil or butter, and cook.
Does it work on induction?
Yes. It also works on gas, electric ceramic and halogen.
Can I use metal utensils?
Yes. There is no coating to protect, so steel spatulas and tongs are fine.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes. The pan is dishwasher compatible, and a soft sponge works for hand washing.
How long does delivery take?
