The pan that takes the heat. A hard sear in the evening, a quick sauté at noon, and a pan sauce made in the same pan. A 304 stainless steel frying pan in five sizes from 8.7 to 11.8 in (22 to 30 cm).
No coating. You cook directly on 304 stainless steel. No PTFE or PFAS coating, nothing sprayed on top, nothing that can peel. Preheat gently, add a little oil or butter, and cook.
Three layers, even heat. A 304 stainless body, a three-layer composite base, and a body pressed about 2.2 mm thick for steady heat.
Use it anywhere. Gas, induction, electric ceramic and electric coil. The base is built for every cooktop, and steel utensils are welcome.
Cleans up easy. Dishwasher safe, with a rivet-free interior that has no seams where grease can hide.
Solid in the hand. From 750 g to 1.1 kg depending on the size, with a riveted stainless handle about 8.7 in (22 cm) long.

Is it nonstick?
No, and that is the point. This is an uncoated stainless pan. Preheat, add a little oil or butter, and food releases when the pan is hot. It sears and deglazes better than any coated pan.
Is it really 304 stainless?
Yes. The body is 304 stainless steel, and the base is stamped SUS304. A three-layer composite base sits under the cooking surface.
Does it work on induction?
Yes. It also works on gas, electric ceramic and electric coil.
Can I use metal utensils?
Yes. There is no coating to protect, so steel spatulas and tongs are fine.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes. The pan is dishwasher safe, and the rivet-free interior makes hand washing quick too.
